You can choose between excursions leaving from Trapani, Favignana or Marsala. You'll find the meeting point and time on the excursion page and in the confirmation email.

Day trips leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon, usually from 10 am to 5.30 pm. Many include lunch or an aperitif on board and snorkelling gear: for the itinerary, times and what's included, open the “Details” of each excursion.

Yes, there are day trips that take you around Marettimo by boat, visiting its caves, leaving from Trapani, Favignana or Marsala.

It depends on the excursion. With the island's boatmen you go out in small groups of 11-12 people at most; mini cruises, on the other hand, use larger, more stable motor ships with more services on board. The maximum number of guests is shown on the excursion page.

The itinerary may change depending on the weather. If the excursion really can't go ahead, we move it to the first available date; and if you can't make that day, we refund you.

You can change the date up to 48 hours before. If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, we refund what you paid, minus the pre-sale fee and any ferry company penalties; between 15 days and 48 hours before, the refund is 70%. In the last 48 hours, or if you don't show up, there's no refund. If you only paid a deposit, the deposit is not refundable.

The confirmation reaches you automatically by email. Only if the excursion needs a manual check can it take up to 24 hours.

You can pay by credit card on Stripe's secure page, also with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or with PayPal, which also lets you pay in instalments. Paying by card has no extra cost; PayPal carries a small surcharge equal to its fee.
